After receiving incorrect codes, I contacted the company via text message. I got immediate response from them and they immediately fixed the issue. I will definitely use them again.

I got the license. A legitimate license can be installed on up to 5 computers. I installed the license I purchased from Big Home Tax on 1 computer. Tried to install on another computer and got "Maximum activations reached" error. Apparently, they sell the same license to multiple purchasers; the buyers that install it first win. The others are stuck with a license they cannot use.
