BigCommerce has been good to work with. The e-commerce store is easy to manage.

Big Commerce is fine for most applications. I find the app choice is limited but growing. Shopify is such a monster that most apps that are available there have not made their way to Big Commerce.

I signed up with Big Commerce about 4 years ago. I told them I shipped multiple item, and they said they were working on them at capability. They never did make it possible to get correct shipping rates by allowing multiple items. I am leaving big commerce because they later told me that they decide what to work on based on polpuplarity, as in the suggestion that gets the most likes or discussion. That is dumb, since they said 4 years ago they were working on it. This means if you sell desktop computers, and they buy the computer, and the monitor, you can’t get true prices for shipping. I have lost thousands in shipping and now I have to close my business.

Can’t even explain how simple it is to setup your website and get going. Customer service is very responsive. They also have a ton of resources, including video tutorials, on their website. I would highly recommend using them to get your e-commerce store setup.

Big Commerce is a nice platform that puts everything at your fingertips. The only part that I am not fond of, is there are few free templates, and if you want another template the prices are high. I realize that they are a one time fee, but at the same time, it just seems they can either 1. reduce the price, OR 2. have more free choices.

Fantastic, and so easy to use. 99 out of 100. Some better blog page design would get them 100 out of 100!

I love the Big Commerce platform. it is easy to learn and has a lot of rich features for SEO, photos, description & featured products. It has multiple options for sizes, colors, categories, sub categories. There is mobile customization, advanced checkout options that increases sales, a coupon option, email list integration and much more! Also they are constantly adding more features and will always answer your calls.This has really helped our air freshener business grow online. I have seen other platforms and used a few others, but. Big Commerce is the best!

We are good with Big Commerce. Our company store is seamless and very easy to modify, once set up.
