Dear William, I understand your frustration, and I truly appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue. I’d like to clarify that the package was not returned to China—it was actually returned to Gofo Express’s warehouse in Jamaica, New York. You can view the package progress here: https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking?id=YT2504921272005090 As soon as the package returns to the carrier's warehouse, we immediately requested a re-delivery to ensure your order reached you as quickly as possible. I’m happy to see that your package has now been successfully delivered, and I hope you have received it safely. We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this caused. While we always strive to provide a smooth delivery experience, there are times when unexpected issues arise. We will be sharing your feedback with our shipping partner to help improve their service in the future. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly appreciate your support and hope to serve you again soon!

At Biblio Bloom, we do our best to provide clear product descriptions and images to help our customers make informed choices. We guarantee that our products match the descriptions provided on our website. Regarding returns, we understand your frustration. Due to logistical constraints with our international warehouse, handling returns can be challenging. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve refunded a portion of your order value to help make up for the inconvenience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll continue working to improve both our products and customer experience. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding!
