Product good, customer service terrible
The product arrived as advertised, two weeks after their estimated delivery window. Their customer service team was very unhelpful, and did not offer any kind of solution or refund until I demanded it. And even then, they only refunded half of the shipping. I am satisfied with the products, but will not be purchasing from them again.

Dear Vijay, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to face such a delay — especially without receiving the level of support you expected from us. We always strive to ensure that orders arrive in a timely manner, but unfortunately, there are occasional issues during shipping that fall outside of our control. That said, we recognize that we could have done better in supporting you through this, and we are currently reviewing our customer service processes to improve our response and solutions in cases like yours. Once again, I truly appreciate your honest feedback and regret that we let you down. Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for your time.
