I made an error on ordering B-12. Buy one get one free. Did not know I had to put the number 2 on my order. I emailed with customer service and was told it was my problem. I am sure if Raymond Francis would not have handled this issue the same.

I am a long time user of your products and love them. However, am very disappointed you have discontinued the pet chews multi-vitamins. Are there any plans to bring them back or recommendations of another trusted source to get them?

I have been ordering many supplements for years and was believer in Raymond as well. I made a big order several weeks and received supplements that were almost 2 years old and one bottle did not have a seal. I emailed customer care about the old vitamins and never got a response. I called about the bottle with no seal and only got bad attitude - the lady made me feel like I purposely did it ! I was never offered a replacement for anything . Horrible customer care . I will not be able to use the supplements and basically lost almost 300$ worth f stuff. I will never order anything from Beyond Health ever again.
