HCI changed my life, and seven years later I’m still singing their praises. Not only was the course material, teaching format, immediate/ongoing support pre and post certification and done for you materials excellent, but the actual shift and transformation you see in your own life from going through the process would be worth the price on its own without all that in my opinion. I’ve been coaching ever since I trained, I love my life and I highly recommend HCI to anyone who wants a first class education and experience in coaching because they are top notch. Congratulations on years of coaching and loving the life it's helped you build, and thank you for recommending HCI as a first class coaching education and experience!
So helpful !
Molly helped me so much! She was kind, patient, answered my many questions, and shared wonderful first-hand experience with her own journey in taking classes as a student. She helped me navigate which was the best direction for me in regards to courses, gave me options of what it is like to take courses there and provided samples of actual classes. It solidified my choice and I can’t wait to start! Thank goodness for Molly, she really cares about people and helping make the best class choice for each individual! Thank you again!

I had a great experience with my advisor Molly Snyder, she was extremely supportive and knowledgeable in her role. I did a lot of research on coaching platforms and by far the Health Coach Institute impressed me the most. I would absolutely recommend the program to anyone looking for a high quality health coaching program

An Amazingly Rich Experience
The starting point was the initial contact which made sure all my questions are answered and the certification requirements are well understood. Once I started the modules I found they are very well presented and the body of knowledge superb. The flow of the course material is well designed and builds up the student's knowledge and practice. I have recommended the HCI certifications to many colleagues and friends. Thank you for an amazing experience 🙏.

Good times.
I was very happy to connect with so many people. I do believe this is a space for me to thrive.I do wish that they were a bit more involved in giving us some guidance in our other courses. Other than that I would say it has been a 9/10 experience. they operate very professionally in the live class rooms I had a great time with Rebekah as my live instructor. She was amazing! I've learned a lot about myself and coaching. Very happy I made a choice to obtain more knowledge and expand my horizons with HCI.

I have completed many certification…
I have completed many certification programs. Out of them all HCI is the best. The level of commitment, compassion and empathy that they have for their students plays a tremendous part of student success. HCI is not just an institute, it is a family. Thank you HCI instructors for pouring into me.

I am utterly disgusted
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed. I was moving along through my courses at my own pace. I completed the first half of my health coaching course and was eager to begin the second half of life coaching. I ran into issues of my brother declining in the hospital and dying, along with other life stressors. Despite slowing down with my course work, I continued to pay my monthly tuition. However, when I went to resume my course work, I had no access and could not get adequate support, so I stopped my payments. THEN that's when I would get these rude, aggressive calls from the financial department, tuition department, and anyone related to payments...but ZERO support regarding how I am doing, how courses are going, moral support, or any direct contact with anyone about how to resume my courses. Just emails with no contact number, no direct calls or conversation, no direct support, guidance, or anything. Just rude, condescending, impatient, unprofessional people in the financial departments wanting me to resume payments.
Please keep in mind, I kept my automatic payments going and only stopped them AFTER I couldn't access my new courses. Yet, they keep telling me as soom as I resume payments, I will have access to my courses.
I have paid 5 payments of $355.00 so far. Money LOST and no way to get refunded and no way to get in touch with anyone to ensure that if I resume payments, I will actually be able to complete my course with certification. This has all the feelings of a shady, scamming, money grab, fake institute. I am so hurt.
