We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

Your therapist decided to move and work for a school, and we offered you to switch to a wonderful and highly experienced SLP that would pick up exactly where your previous therapist will end, and we trust that your daughter will love her too - but you decided not to. We are working hard to make every customer happy and providing amazing service for thousands of happy clients as represented in the Excellent ratings we receive. As a contracted SLP working for them I do enjoy using Zoom and the documentation system (most features). However, the library of activities needs to be further developed to meet the needs for all clients. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the office/billing department, marketing/new client referral process, and communication within the company that I believe still need improvement at this time. Otherwise, I really enjoy the diversity of clients I have received over time.
