Trying to check in was awful. Many of us older people do not have technical skills that are necessary to check in.

The service at BetterMed Urgent Care was TOPS !! As soon as I checked in, I was a brought back to a room. The entire process from start to finish, including X-rays, was less than an hour. Everyone from the front counter, the P.A. and all others I came in contact with .... were exceptioinally nice and courteous.

They called me in 15 minutes after my appointment for a “rapid” COVID test. They collected a bunch of irrelevant information before collecting he COVID swab. Then I had to wait for the test to run. If only we had ways to communicate like email, texting, and phone calls. When it was all done, the rapid test took over an hour.
