I went to get a Covid test at the Chester location and the process from the beginning was very smooth and each person was very polite and professional!

Always skeptical about these type of places since “Patient First” has tainted the industry by setting low standards. This is NOT Patient First, this like the first class version of Patient First. Very pleased from scheduling to being seen, it was truly a professional experience. Certainly will be using BetterMed from now on for my more urgent needs. Especially since every “primary Care” facility has gone raving mad with regards to scheduling and service to the customer. BetterMed, what a nice and pleasant surprise!

Good care - but pricey. Not BetterMed's fault necessarily, just the health system in general.

We used them once for a Covid test and then again for a regular visit. They do a wonderful job here! The staff is amazing!

Went to this location because my grandson had tested positive and we were in contact with him. Had an appt took us on time. Nurse was very thorough with the examination of my husband and myself. Our results came back within 15 minutes. We both tested negative.

The staff at the Chester BetterMed are wonderful. You couldn't ask for better care. They are very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

The over all experience was positive. I went in as a wlak in and 2nd time through online appt. Both times went smooth.
