NP Zimmerman is the most rude sarcastic person. He misdiagnosed me and then bettermed turns around and charges me an arm and a leg. He didn’t run tests or anything. I plan to never come back here.

I filled out all my paperwork online and arrived 30 minutes early like asked - I had waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and I still had not been called back - time is money and I had meeting scheduled - I told the girl at the window that I couldn't waste any more of my time waiting - 1 1/2 hours is too long and ridiculous.

Excellent care and attention to every detail. I have been to three of the BetterMed facilities in Richmond and they treat you fast and with respect!
