Better Med took excellent care of me when I visited them on Feb. 13, 2019.

This visit was very professional and staff were very helpful providing the info I needed on my visit.

I called needing follow up bc I was still sick and was ignored.

Exceptional medical care. No long wait time, friendly staff and a Nurse Practitioner who was on the ball. Recognized immediately what my problem was. I had been told twice before by my Drs medical facility that it was just allergies. No be one reads s chart anymore but this NP did. Gone are the days where your MD knows you, your medical history an how to treat you. I drove 60 miles be when my own facility couldn't see me and would gladly do drive it again. Only 4 stars, however, for expense of visit. Thanks for your on-the-ball care!
