My experience was awesome. Everyone there was caring and knowledgeable.

Staff was A+ from the time I checked in to when I was being seen by the staff in the back. Came in for concussion testing. They asked all of the questions and assessed me thoroughly. Wife suggested I go here instead of Patient First. Better Med was out of the way to get there, but I would make the trip again.

Fast, professional, courteous. Referral to specialist, not complicated. Hope I don't have to use again but know I will need to at some point in the future. Have recommended Better Med to several friends.

Everything is usually pretty good. Just do not like that they want a cc on file.

Informed one nurse of rash so it could be looked at by the PA. Guess that did not get passed on because she never looked at it ,turns out it was case of shingles.

Doctor John is the best.
