I brought my son in because he strained a muscle in his back. The front desk was quick and friendly, the nurse who took my sons vitals was quick and friendly and the HealthCare professional was very nice, quick and friendly. A pleasant surprise for an Urgent Care on a Tuesday evening. If we need afterhours care we will definitely visit BetterMed Urgent Care in Mechanicsville again.

I was in and out of the facility within 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice as well.
