I received excellent care at the Better Med facility and highly recommend them to anyone who needs urgent care. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I also recommended them to my neighbors on NextDoor and others reported they had a very favorable experiences there. I definitely will use them again should I require urgent care.

Great urgent care!!

I have been to BetterMed twice before (once for my mother then once for myself). There was almost no wait both times, the staff member at the front desk was friendly, and the waiting room felt more like that of a boutique medical spa than an urgent care center. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the care I received. My primary care provider's office has a dedicated urgent care for patients in their practice, but I chose to go to BetterMed instead after being there with my mother a few months earlier. In sum, I sincerely appreciate having a BetterMed near me and will continue to go there when needed.
