Fast check-in, quick vitals taken and concerned doctor.

Always happy with the care of this facility everyone is genuinely nice and care about taking care of you.

I appreciate being seen without any wait - went from registration to the nurse. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the doctor. Although this isn't my primary care physician, I felt like my overall health mattered to the folks at BetterMed.

I came in with a minor health concern (eye infection). The provider who was treating me still took the time to listen to my concern and diagnosed it. The medicine he gave me is working and helping with my eye.

Going for the first time was fast and easy. I just set up the appointment online, and received a text reminder ahead of the appointment. Once there the paperwork part was fairly straightforward and easy to understand and I was taken back fairly quickly. Staff was super friendly and even called me a few days later to check on my symptoms and walk through my concerns with the prescription. Overall a great experience.
