Quick and easy.

Over the holiday my doctors were not on call or not available for an appointment in a timely manner. Needless to say I had a few words with the one who couldn't see me for close to 6 weeks. I decided to try BetterMed Urgent care. Definitely a good call. I walked in and was seen and out to fill an antibiotic RX in less than 45 minutes. The staff was professional and caring and took the time to allow me to express my concerns. For me this was a win!

The entire visit was good. The check in attendant was pleasant, considerate, and thorough. The nurse and PA were both easy to work with and displayed care in dealing with my symptoms.

I have visited our local BetterMed 3 times since they opened a few years back, twice for illnesses and once for suspected spider bite. They have been nothing short of excellent every time.
