Very good experience at the Short Pump location. Everything was super fast, from making an appointment, to check-in, being treated by a medical professional. Facility was nice, clean, and uncluttered. The patient rooms have TVs which is a plus, although with how quick I was in and out, I was unable to finish the HGTV program. The difference between this facility and the other doc in the box urgent care center is night and day. Patient Last what?

I took my daughter to the Mechanicsville location with stomach pain. They took her vitals and then told me to take her to the hospital because they didn't have the proper equipment to diagnose her properly. Even though they couldn't exam or treat her they still billed me $175. I called to dispute it but they wouldn't even dismiss the charge or lower it. DON'T GO THERE! They are incompetent and over charging patients!

Service was great! Little wait time. Only bad spot was I was given a form to sign stating that I was given information about medical directive and HIPPA...which I did not receive because they did not have any "updated" material. Evidently few people noticed the same thing.

I have been to Better Care three times and each was outstanding. Short wait, diagnosis, treatment by a competent, caring staff.

Cost! Extremely expense for a 5 min consult. Doctor was nice but only looked at issue and was gone in 5 min and was charged close to 400.00 for a visit.
