Although I had Flu B, I was very happy with the service I received.

Wait time was short. Services were professional and effective. A satisfying experience.

Went a couple of weeks ago and had great service with a male NP. Tonight, I called because I have had the flu for 3 days and feel like crap (and I work in the medical field) I called to see if they do IV for illnesses as I called ahead so I didn't waste my time or money. Was spoken to like I was a drug seeker - for vomit medication really? I went in wasted my 35 co-pay and told oh you are fine I can give you a suppository for your sickness. Well, I just drove my a$$ over to the ER by them and told them exactly what happened. Been sick for 3 days, can't keep water down, feel like crap I went to Best Meds showed them the check out sheet and they just shake their head. So, they give me IV meds and fluids to help me get over the hump. So, don't waste your time here. The er visit is going pretty quick - I am waiting to check out now so maybe like an hour compared to 20 mins. I am going to call insurance and ask them if there is a way to dispute the charges considering I just went across the street to get the treatment I need. Don't do it - go somewhere else.

Wait time to be seen was not long at all. The doctor even came in the room to update us on how long he would be and I really appreciated that because I usually hate being in the room not knowing how long I will be there waiting. I have never ever had a doctor come in to make sure I was alright and to let me know how long they would be until I was seen until that day and it was really awesome. Wish all doctors did that.
