Great experience

Over the holiday break, my daughter visited the Regency office. Our initial impression was positive by being able to schedule the appointment. And our impressions just kept getting better. Not only was the office clean, the process to check in was easy and quick. She was seen in a very reasonable about of time by caring and competent professionals. The exam and tests were thorough. The staff followed up after the visit to check on her. We were very pleased and have recommended Better Med to our friends.

went in there for a few sinus issues, flu like symptoms and for severe ear pain and muffled hearing. Dr. laughed the ear pain off and said nothing was wrong with me and did not look into it any further. turns out i had a really bad ear infection that got worse since it was untreated the first time. AND they billed me $160 for NOTHING. thanks.

Visited Better Med recently for a non infectious issue. Appreciated being able to schedule an appointment and was seen very timely. My problem was resolved. I received suggestions on how to avoid my problem in the future which was helpful. I also appreciated staff concern regarding flu related issues and the opportunity to avoid the waiting room when I was leaving.
