The staff was very friendly. It was just about a 20-30 minute wait in my car after my appointment time before getting a call to come inside the building. Thought it was a little strange to go into one room, get tested for Covid, then go to another to do the rest of the exam and wait for results.

Arrived without an appointment, signed in and was seen within 15 minutes. They did my exam, X-rays and gave me a shoe for my foot. I was finished and left within 45-1hour. The staff was kind, caring and very efficient. It was a very pleasant experience

The last 2 visits have had extremely long wait times. The first was with a 4 year old very close to dinner time and we were there for over 2 hrs for a very short look and determination of no illness. The second was our teenage child for a finger sprain. That trip took over an hour, almost 2 hrs. Wait times used to be much shorter even with covid protocols in place. Otherwise care overall is good, just waiting too long.

First time visit to BetterMed Chester was a stress free, efficient visit. Reception team was very helpful and friendly, enabling us to understand their process fir Covid testing and to set our appointment The test experience was great. Safety protocols were good. The test was on time and we had our results in 20 minutes as promised.
