Best urgent care facility we go to, staff is extremely friendly and caring. From the time you walk in, the front desk to the nurses and the doctors. They listen to you and actually talk back and ask questions. They want to give you the right treatment not just a treatment. I brought my daughter in for what we thought may be the flu, thank goodness she just had a horrible stomach bug. Thank you for making her feel at ease and myself also.

No wait, sent to hospital in ambulance due to nasal O2 needs. I really don't recall much but husband had no complaints. Only suggestion I'd make is I would have put a small IV in. Retired CCRN so I know the possibilities, better to be safe. If an ambulance ride is deemed necessary, an access line should be as well. Plus at Hospital ER they put a 22 or 24 in my AC which isn't exactly best practice. Thanks.

I had a great experience. Took about 30 minutes , they are fast.

Quick, clean, doctor was thorough. Front staff a little standoffish, not very personal but nurse and staff in the back were very nice and professional.

They were very caring and thorough with my Granddaughter

They could not help me with what my ailment was, but referred me to an eye doctor who was able to quickly see me and diagnose the problem. Would recommend.
