This was our second visit to BetterMed Urgent Care. We received excellent service. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

Quick and fast, I was in and out in 45 minutes during peak cold/flu season. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back if the need arises.

Very friendly, wait was a little long but that's to be expect due to the high demand for medical care. Waiting area VERY clean. I greatly appreciate the service I was given. I will be sure to make BetterMed my go to place if I cannot get into my PCP. Thank you for your kind service. Keep up the outstanding work.

Came in with a fairly severe upper respiratory infection, blood and mucus pouring down the back of my throat for over a week. Was told to go buy some mucinex, and was unexpectedly offered an unnecessary strep test which I agreed to in confusion, since I was not presenting any symptoms of strep. Coworker from whom I caught it was prescribed antibiotics which cleared it up for him in a week, while I struggled with it for weeks after. $110 charge.

Better med was excellent. Was registered right away and was seen within 5 minutes of registering. They listened to me and were thorough. All places should be this efficient!!
