BetterMed Urgent CareReviews of bettermedcare.com

Very nice people there and efficient process. Short wait to be seen and Doc’s/ PA’s listen

The Pros at Better Med got me in and out in record time. From getting the appointment to pulling up and being called in within 15,to being seen by an excellent nurse immediately and then an excellent PA it could not have gone smoother. I've had 3 other Covid tests other places and Better med beat them all hands down! I went to the Short Pump location

I have been to this facility twice, it is very clean, quick and the staff is always great from when you walk in to when you walk out.

Clean facilities, super professional and kind people working there.

BetterMed is fantastic. The staff at both locations I’ve been to are all wonderful!

Great experience very friendly and quick!

Great service!

They had available appointments open that fit my schedule. They were on time and the staff was really nice. The appointment went smooth and fast and everything was done very professionally. I will definitely be going back!
