The staff is friendly and helpful. They treated me with such care and respect that I will definitely inform others about them and utilize their services form myself and my family as well.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I came in for extreme shoulder and neck pain. The tech didn’t even take my bp right 🙄 she took it on my forearm and it registered at 120/55 which is low and should have prompted her to retake it. I told the NP about a previous and similar experience in which I revived a shot in my arm for it, she said there is no such thing. She credited her knowledge to working in previous emergency rooms. She tasked me no historical/medical related questions besides if I am diabetic. I assume that’s because I’m Black and slightly overweight (from a cultural perspective). I’m currently in school for clinical health psychology and have received my masters. Not sure why she would approach me like I was unsure of my previous experience or knowledge base. I can tell her online degree was rushed. I know it is a trying time for medical professionals, however the way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional

Great effort and service to schedule our PCR test appointments and then get the results to us while we were in line to leave on a flight to Africa requiring us to provide the results before boarding and then again on arrival. Tests were required within 48 hours of departure. Very well done by the staff..

I would have given a 5 star rating but because another patient, who registered after me was called to the receptionist’s desk and was seen by MD before me, dropped my rating by 2 stars. I came in for a laceration on my hand and the other patient had an earache. However, the staff was very friendly and I received medical attention promptly after I was called to the back. I think they need to work on triage.
