The staff was informative and patient centered .

This is my 3rd visit to a BetterMed in the Richmond area. All visits were at different locations. This area by far was the most thorough of all three. The first to take information on medications and allergies and the first to actually swab for a counted amount of time.

The Fredericksburg staff were wonderful, very helpful and so pleasant to my husband and myself! We have found a new urgent care facility. Thank you to the staff at BetterMed Urgent Care.

I went in for a COVID rapid test, I arrived early and they took me in very promptly. Good explanation, very nice clean facility. Had the test, got a negative result with more good explanation and an opportunity to ask any questions I had. Good experience.

I went for a fast track COVID test. The service I received was great, the staff was professional and friendly. The only complaint I have was that I watched from my vehicle as other patients signed in on a key pad and entered and exited the building. With COVID running wild, I feel that there should have been someone cleaning the computer pad being used as well as cleaning the door handles to the building. I did not have to sign in and I used a napkin on the door handles entering the building and my elbow when leaving.
