Great service

Bettermed was extremely helpful with getting me checked out even in the times of covid. They fit me in shortly after I arrived as a walk-in which is unheard of near me! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I never came in contact with another patient and felt safe!

Staff was patient and exceptional with my 4 year old son.

I had a very pleasant surprise on how fast I received treatment. everyone involved made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Not putting blame completely on BetterMeds my husband tested for COVID on 1/07/21 it came back negative still feeling bad he were treated for sinus the meds & office visited cost us $78.69 that not including any other bills he start having breathing problem real bad he went to the emergency room on 01/10/21 his oxygen level were very low he was then retested for COVID the report came back positive he were hospitalized until 14th not knowing he had the virus on the 7th he infected his wife & daughter his wife visit her parents(80 something year old) & all that came to her sister house she infected at least 6-8 people

The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful, and concerned with my health.
