Better Impact is helping us organize and track our volunteers. The customer service they provide (whether through video chat, online videos, chat messaging) is quick, accurate, concise and very helpful! Thank you for being so attentive to our organization's needs!

The help icon is amazing! They really take the time to walk you through.

It is a good system if you really know how to use it which takes time. It is not a very user friendly system on the admin side.

While Better Impact seems to be the best platform for Hospice use and is simple for the volunteers, I do believe the user interface could be more friendly for administrators.

I am not an IT person, so this review is actually not really about the portal itself but about the Better Impact staff. Really, I could not compliment them enough. They are always so responsive and provide amazing assistance. When the system doesn't have a capability that I'd like, they give me advice on how to work around it within their framework. They are patient, kind, always available and exceedingly helpful. Our account rep, Josie, used to be a volunteer coordinator and her consultations are always spot-on. Thanks to the team! Give them raises!

Excellent Easy to use. Confine a lot of possible softwares into one. Very good communication from the team at Better Impact any time of the day.

Great experience! I share BI information all the time; mostly with other non-profits who have volunteers.

At first, there seems to be tons of information but after a few minutes of navigating, I enjoy the layout and tools provided!
