Hi, thanks for your orders. You should have received tracking information for both of them. As you note, one is still on the way. I checked and USPS says it is indeed late. It was shipped on Monday and hopefully will arrive tomorrow. I apologize on behalf of USPS but of course we have no control over USPS operations and sometimes they do run late. Hi, thanks for the feedback. We have several different designs for our cases. You have the version where the case sits on top of the base. That's fine as long as the case won't be moved around a lot. We have another version with a more robust base composed of a base piece; 4 risers and a platform all screwed together and fitting inside the case. That's probably a better option for you. If you contact our customer service department we can arrange the return of the case you have for a refund and then you could upgrade to the other version.
