We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to address your concerns with full transparency. At Best Use Auto Parts, all engines undergo inspection and are documented prior to shipment. The replacement unit sent to you left our facility in proper condition. The issues reported—such as damage to the oil pan, wiring harness, and dipstick—are consistent with handling or transit-related damage rather than the condition at dispatch. Additionally, used engines are generally sold as long blocks unless otherwise specified. Components such as turbochargers, flywheels, and other external accessories are not guaranteed to be included unless clearly agreed upon at the time of purchase. In terms of resolution, we have already offered a replacement unit in accordance with our warranty policy. As per standard procedure, the return of the current unit is required so it can be inspected before proceeding further. Return shipping reimbursement is processed after verification, which is a common industry practice. We understand the frustration caused by the delay and want to assure you that we are committed to resolving this matter fairly. Our team remains actively engaged in arranging another low-mileage replacement and bringing this issue to a satisfactory resolution. We encourage you to remain in contact with our support team so we can move forward and resolve this as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Best Use Auto Parts conducts all transactions in accordance with clearly defined terms and warranty policies, which are shared at the time of purchase. The difference in the refunded amount reflects applicable fees, including handling and processing charges, as outlined in those terms. These are standard and not applied arbitrarily. We also respectfully disagree with the claim that a defective part was knowingly supplied. All parts are inspected prior to shipment, and when concerns are raised, we work to address them in line with our established procedures and warranty guidelines. We want to emphasize that our team maintains professionalism in all interactions. We value every customer and do not support or engage in any form of disrespectful communication. Regarding the actions you’ve mentioned with financial institutions and regulatory agencies, we are fully prepared to cooperate and provide all relevant documentation to demonstrate that this matter has been handled appropriately and in accordance with our policies. Our goal remains to resolve concerns in a fair and reasonable manner, and we are open to continuing communication toward that end.
