The experience with ordering and receiving the transmission was very professional.. I was told when transmission was shipped and delivered to the auto shop.. I have been contacted to make sure the transmission is doing what it needs to be doing since I purchased it

The motor I purchased from these guys is as they said it was and very good condition and is well worth the money. Also Sofia kept me informed of everything all the way through and was very helpful thank you very much appreciate you guys as help

I haven’t installed the unit yet but it was delivered to my house with no extra cost. Showed up on a pallet and appears to be in good condition. Has the detent cable and all the electrical connections are clean and intact. Best Used Auto has been decent used parts company to work with over the phone and seem pretty knowledgeable about what they are selling. So no complaints, seems to be a pretty fair deal for the cost

Jennifer called to check the status of the transmission. Though I did say that is was not yet installed. So there for can’t quite tell you my overall satisfaction. As far as customer service so far is ok
