Kevin Banks was able to source a reasonably-priced part for my Jeep Wrangler build, and the part was shipped quickly. The part was in good condition as described on the website and works perfectly.. I will use them again on my next project.

I would strongly advise anyone that is thinking about buying a motor from this company to go somewhere else!! These people are a legit way to get scammed the only way these people survive is the money that they make from the restocking fees that they collect after they try to screw you over. Trust me you don't want to waste the time nor the money it takes when you deal with these people. They got me for a 30% restocking fee for one of my customers motors that we ordered with a turbo and they wanted to send one without a turbo on it .After they sketched my customer to the point where he thought he was going to waste his money he wanted to cancel but JOHN at BUAP got mad and said they would get the 5000 dollars or the restocking fee no matter what and to go ahead and cancel and see what happens. So all in all they lost me his business and his trust as well. I could go into major detail about all of the terrible things they do but I would be writing a book. All I need to say is don't buy from them unless you want to be wronged. I certainly learned my lesson look at the negative reviews before you buy from someone I hope this helps someone to prevent them from buying from these crooks.

Dear David Prestridge, We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your experience with us. Upon thoroughly reviewing your case, it appears that the engine, including the turbos as per your request, was prepared and shipped in accordance with your order specifications. While turbos are typically sold separately, we ensured they were included to meet your specific requirements. However, the order was canceled after the engine had already been shipped, which automatically triggered the restocking fee. This fee covers the labor, shipping costs, and handling involved in preparing and dispatching your order. It’s important to clarify that restocking fees are not applied in cases of defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-functional units. In such scenarios, Best Use Auto Parts assumes full responsibility and ensures proper resolution without any additional charges. We genuinely value your business and hope this explanation provides clarity regarding the restocking fee policy. Should you have any further concerns or require assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
