WORST COMPANY EVER...BUYER BEWARE. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. For starters, I was sent the wrong engine and the engine that I was sent was completely sludged with old oil. It was only supposed to have 40,000 mi on it. However my licensed certified mechanic stated there was no way that it had 40,000 mi on it unless the oil had never been changed in its lifetime. It was garbage so I contacted the company. Spoke to Dwayne who requested pictures once he saw how bad it was he stated to dispose of it and he would issue a full refund. However, I only received a partial refund and was then contacted by a representative named Christina who stated if I would take my bad review down she would issue a full refund. I took the bad review down and gave them another chance. However they did not issue the refund. Then I was contacted by Tom who is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life who continued to call me names and would not give me the refund. He told me I had no reason to dispose of the engine even though I told him that the previous representative had told me to do so and even supplied him with the text messages from that representative. He told me I was stupid and I was getting nothing and good luck with the dispute with my bank. I would have left zero Stars if that was an option. This is a horrible company to do business with. They do not uphold their word and they do not ship what they promise you they will and if they do it's in horrible condition.

Dear Marteena, We are deeply sorry for the frustration, inconvenience, and disrespect you experienced throughout this process. Your feedback highlights significant failures on our part, and we take full responsibility for the unprofessional communication, the mishandling of your refund, and the condition of the engine you received. This is not the standard we strive for, and we are committed to making this right. To address your concerns directly: 1. Full Refund Confirmation: We have processed the full refund as promised, which should reflect in your account. You will receive a formal confirmation via email. 2. Engine Retention: As a gesture of goodwill, the engine remains yours at no cost, regardless of its condition. We acknowledge your mechanic’s assessment and regret that the unit did not meet expectations. 3. Staff Accountability: The behavior described by representatives is unacceptable. We are conducting an internal review to address this unprofessional conduct and ensure it never happens again. What we’re doing to improve: * Retraining our team on empathy, communication, and process adherence. * Revising our quality checks to prevent misrepresented or subpar products from being shipped. * Implementing stricter oversight of refund resolutions to avoid delays or broken promises. A senior member of our team will reach out to confirm the refund has been processed and to discuss additional compensation for the distress this caused. We understand that trust has been broken, and we are committed to rebuilding it through transparency and action. Thank you for holding us accountable—we are determined to learn from this. Sincerely, Best Use Auto Parts
AVOID. Was told I would be getting a matching engine and transmission with 54k out of the same car. When the engine arrived, parts clearly came out of two different cars. Sales rep dodged my inquiry so I spoke with a supervisor “Rick” who told me he would get mileage on the parts yet has followed up with me. These guys are scammers. “Trust me sir” yet they me a generic photo of the transmission they sent me, bait and switch the items I ordered, and overall just shady. Almost 5k spent yet I don’t have validation or peace of mind of what I bought. Bad business practices. So now I have an engine with transmission with one “odometer” ready, although parts came from two different cars. The bad reviews stand out to me on here and it’s clear as day why. SCAMMERS.

I was skeptical at first. These guys reached out and everything they promised happened—on time and exactly as described. I stroked a check, dropped a few docs in an email, and the rest was smooth sailing. I can't think of an online sales transaction I've had that was better. If you need a part and these guys have it, go for it. You won't be disappointed.
