Very unprofessional service
Very unprofessional service. I had to cancel my daughter’s enrollment due to medical reasons and provided all the documentation they specifically requested. Despite this, they refused to offer any solution or alternative and denied the refund without a clear or coherent explanation. The communication has been slow, contradictory, and lacking empathy. I do not recommend this company.

Dear Eva, We are not the final decision-maker regarding the refund; the institution reviews the supporting documentation and determines whether the cancellation qualifies under its refund policy. The document you submitted to the institution is a body scan report indicating that your child suffered a head injury. However, it does not include a doctor’s statement confirming that your child will be medically unable to participate in the online course, particularly as the course is scheduled to begin approximately three months from now. For this reason, the institution has determined that the document provided is not sufficiently relevant or applicable to support the cancellation of the online course before its start date. If you are able to provide a medical report specifically stating that your child will be unable to attend the course for medical reasons, this may provide the institution with additional information to reconsider the request. Kind regards,
