BestierReviews of bestier.net

Amazing desk! Was extremely easy to put together without help (packing it up the stairs was my bf's job) and it looks great! I ordered the pink carbon fiber and the color is really vibrant and pretty. Sturdy and lots of room as well, definitely recommend especially for the price!

Love the chair for meditation! I have bulging and torn discs in my low to mid back, and the chair enables me to sit in the half-lotus posture for longer periods of time.

Ordered a tv stand through amazon. It arrived broken. The DAY it arrived I reached out to bestier to ask them to replace the parts because Amazon would not cover the return cost - they said they would, but topo them 4 days to respond (and only after contacting multiple emails). When I told them the parts numbers, they said they were sold out of those parts. They then said they would refund me through PayPal if I provided them my PayPal email, which I immediately did. They then responded to say they were NOT going to refund me because it was not their responsibility... After already offering to refund me. I responded to say that giving me the run around was not professional, and I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company because they've left me no other choice. They have now ghosted me. So now I'm here to warn other people away... You will not get any customer service from this "business". I'm now out over $300, with a bunch of useless pieces I'm going to have to pay to take to the dump. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Great experience

The only reason I am writing this as a 1 star is because I can not go any lower. I accidentally purchased an item which was my fault. But it said send an email so I did to get a refund and they will contact you. Never got an email back so I followed up and still nothing. Then the thing actually came to my house and I sent another email and still did not respond so I was pretty much forced to make it. I made it and it looks even worse than the pictures show. Horrible product, even worse customer service which I wouldn't even think possible. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs and buy it somewhere else. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

Bought a defective lift chair from this company through Hone Depot. Tge chair stopped working after a few months and when I contacted Home Depot they said it was a Bestier problem. Well, the company is overseas abd they kept sending out parts that did not fix the problem. Finally after 6 months of going back and forth I asked for a new chair or refund. Their answer was sending more parts that don't work! Buyer beware!!!!!

Thank you for sending a remote. Ours got broken and you sent a new one no charge.

I like the cabinet and fireplace, but the remote stopped working less than 2 weeks from me getting the item installed. So I have to manually operate the fireplace.
