This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

Booked the transport of 2 vehicles. Received word 3 hours after scheduled pickup that the truck broke down and would be fixed in 48 hours. After a brief gap in communication , we were contacted by a manager and a new delivery driver was scheduled. The delivery went very smoothe and the driver communicated his timeline. We are happy with our experience.
