So far, helping me keep my focus quite a bit.

Awesome on-boarding experience - great streaks

Very well designed to keep you present and to encourage you to think before you use your device

It’s only been a couple of days but I’m already conscious of whether I actually need to pick up my phone. It’s much easier to use that Apple screen time blocker, the interface is great and it feels more rewarding to NOT use my. I hope I keep it up!

I spend way too much time on my phone! Big help!

Surprisingly this app does make you second guess opening an app and if it is really worth it. My screen time has gone down significantly.

Totally new and very efficient. Congrats to the team 😎😎😎

Very good app
