Only screen time app that has worked for me. Mainly because of the way it limits the amount of times you open the app instead of restricting your access to a few hours. It’s the same concept but helps me actually reduce the amount of times I actually open the app and how long I stay in the app.

It definitely helps. But you have to be disciplined yourself.

Nice way to keep you present but it definitely costs way too much after the free trial is over.

I just started using this app while on vacation, and I absolutely love it. It is really helping me do things I want to do instead of being distracted by my phone. I look forward to using it for a very long time. Thank you!

Only 3 days but it really helps me to look at my compulsive patterns of going on my phone for no reason and lose so much time. 🙏🏼
