Great products, good prices, free and fast shipping!

I own a couple of bike shops on the western side of the state. I needed a discontinued King headset in purple for my wife's bike. You guys had one and sold it to me at a discount. Thanks for the great service!

The only place that had what I needed

The DZR H2O shoes are very nice in appearance and quality. The package arrived at our house sealed in black plastic. When the plastic wrap was opened a very strong chemical smell filled the room. The shoes had to be taken outside. The shoes now have been allowed to "air out" in the patio for two weeks. The smell is still quite strong from a few feet away. Ben's Cycle has been good to work with getting the shoes returned. We would have like to have kept the shoes.

Ben's cycle website was easy to use. The shipment was quick and well packed and the product was as advertized. I would have not reservations about purchasing from this vendor again.

Ben's seems to have a lot of those niche products that other places don't carry, especially from Japanese makers. Order and shipping is reasonably fast, packing is professional and prices are decent. No worries.

Hard to get/ high quality components with Prices that are great, shipping is fast, very responsive to my email questions. I've had a couple orders with Ben's Cyclce and will do more business with them in the future for sure.
