Most items were moved. Some items were scuffed anda little mess left behind. But they did a good job

The guys were very quick and efficient, only took about 2 and a half hours. The obligations of a 20% tip for 2 and a half hours seemed a bit much but I appreciated the speediness.

Thank you Michelle. Tipping is a customary practice in service-oriented industries, like restaurants, moving, delivery, etc. Nevertheless, it is not mandatory. We will refresh the tipping guidelines with our foremen, to avoid future unclarity. We are happy that you were satisfied with the professional expedient service. Wilson and Abakar are of the best! I took the train up to the Bronx I arrived at you facility,I stated I was from Manhattan following a truck,I was told to walk westbound for 10 minutes, I walked the I called,came back to the Facility,and loaded everything off the truck into my soace

there was some confusion at the end - they did not want to take 4 lamps after packing a whole 1 BR apartment unless I paid $30 more (?!) . I paid it and things went smoothly before and after that, so I'd recommend them again since the $30 was nominal.

These guys were fantastic! The were precisely on time. Boxed and wrapped up what they need to, securely and safely. Got my stuff out if my old apartment and into my new apartment, and we're done in 3 1/2 hours. I highly recommend them!!!

The movers came on time. They were courteous and introduced themselves before entering the house. The move was fast and they offered to assist me with "last minute" packing of some small items I had set aside. The movers did not allow me to lift a muscle during the entire event. Will hire again for the next move!
