Not very interesting to me

I was trying to log in to my account but needed to call for support because I was unsure since the company switched (called yesterday at 9am). A woman answered and I asked if she could walk me through the process and she explained “no, I can check for you but I have a lot going on and I’m not going to wait while you figure out how to sign in”. Every time I tried to speak she would interrupt me. I was trying to say “I want to ensure I understand how to do it independently so there isn’t a need for me to call for support every time I need to check my balance.” I didn’t get the opportunity to even say that. The whole call was approximately 1 minute long. I was able to swiftly log in as she was lecturing me about how she has too much going on to walk me through it. I mentioned to her that “okay, you know what, I actually got myself signed in, I am sure you are relieved to know you don’t need to support me with it, Benemoney would be embarrassed to know how you treated me in this call”. It was a strange experience to say the least.
