The website is awesome and easy to navigate. The products are of an excellent quality. There's a large variety of patturns and items. There are some shady online stores out there.... this definitly isn't one of them :)

I love the products you make. They are amazing quality and the discounts are great. I wish the onesies were a bit cheaper, but they are great. And the only problem is the time it takes to get here once ordered

Quality of the product was excelent

Placed an order on November 30th for product that says it will ship within 14 days - haven't received it.

Back in October I placed an order for two sweatshirts for myself, and a muscle tank I intended to give to my girlfriend for Christmas. I received my order with a big fee added by customs (my fault I guess), only to discover you had sent me a Crop Tee instead of the muscle tank. After months of chasing, minimal response, and a broken promise about a replacement shipping to me 'in a week's time' in November, I still have no idea if or when it will be sent to me. You made a mistake, fine, it happens, but your lack of communication is appalling, and three months on from my order, I am still chasing you via email and Facebook hoping you will at least give me some indication of when the order will be sent. My girlfriend's birthday is next week. I've already given up hope of it arriving in time for that. Frankly this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a retailer, and I would be foolish to purchase anything from you again based upon how my first attempt has gone.

Really nice quality of the shirts I ordered. The prints are certainly unique.

This is my 3rd order with Beloved and will be my last.. I ordered my product in early Dec in hopes it would make it in time for XMAS. Nope. It's 1/13 and still no order and no communication on where the order is. I want my money back but can't get an answer from them. Thumbs down

Great Customer service. The item took a month to get to my house. Once there, the swestern did not fit. It was going to take too long to get a size exchange, so I decided to give it away.
