I was able to check that one of my colleagues were trying to assist you. You are correct, we request for pictures as it's part of our protocol and we thank you for the images which you sent us. Also, I saw that you were offer for a remake for the item which is the reason why you don't need to return the item we initially sent you. I'm sorry for your experience but I'm here to help. For me to properly assist you, I have investigated what happened. We received your order on Dec 10th and got your approval on the mock-up design by the next day. On the 12th, we started production which takes an estimated 10-20 business days and as I have seen, this was informed to you by the confirmation email. This information is also noted on the description part of the Ugly Christmas Custom Sweatshirt you ordered on the website. By Dec. 21st, your order completed and shipped out that means, it only took 6-business to craft. For the delivery, you chose Premium which takes 4-7 business days. The courier attempted to deliver your order on Dec 30th, 6th business day from your chosen method. However, the delivery failed. The courier part is out of our control as they are a separate entity. Still, this means that we were within the lead time we have provided. At this moment, we would like to request for you to contact your local post to check if they still have the item as they have tagged it to be returned to our manufacturer. In such time that it's confirmed by your local post sent back, I will be on top of coordination and ensure you to get your package delivered back to you. If you have the tracking number of the item you sent back, I will be the one to sort this for you. Each item return usually takes days or weeks depending on the courier. Then, once it arrives at our warehouse, we still need to sort/arrange them. If you can send us an email at [email protected], including the order number and tracking number you got when you mailed it back, I can take a closer look at this issue and find a resolution for you. We have been informing our customers know, though, that our items are now being crafted from our overseas manufacturer in China. Hi Ralph, I am sorry to hear you felt nervous about your order. Unfortunately, only certain situations come on here to leave reviews and its very rare for someone that had an amazing or happy experience with us to come on and leave a review due to the nature of this industry. We are a bit confused with why you left us a 3-star review though. You ordered your item on Sept 24th. We shipped your order on Sept 28th - for our 5-10 business day guarantee, we actually shipped it to you within 4 business days. In addition to this, it looks like you emailed us on the 26th and we responded within the same business day and you received another email in response to your second email only minutes after it was sent. I am not sure where we went wrong for you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you, and if you feel like your experience was positive after all we would SO appreciate it if you update your review with us.
