Hi Ms. Sheri! Gin here from Beloved. I understand that you are pertaining to a certain Beloved company. However your name and reference number provided does not match to any orders under our company. I'm sure that you have mistaken us for a different company. In light to this, may we request for you to take down this review as this will reflect on us. Thank you and hoping for your understanding.

Hi Lisa! We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow me to explain my findings after I investigated your experience. You placed an order last February 16, 2020 for an Avocado coin purse which is one of our rare imports and is tagged as pre-ordered on our website which usually takes 10-20 business days + your chosen shipping to arrive. I understand that you initially contacted us to check on your order on 13th of March and I am really sorry that it took the 15th for us to respond. From there we found that your order fell on our staging site and explained to you that we have yet to process your order due to the incident. We offered you two options regarding the matter, "If you're willing, let me know and I can put this into production right away. I'll also see if we can expedite it. If not, we're more than happy to proceed with a full refund", from which you chose to continue with your order on the 16th of March. The next day we informed you that your order has been processed and an update will be sent once the item is shipped and the order number is available which only took 6days. Your order has been shipped out and informed to you last March 22nd. If we check our timeline and if your order did not go to our staging site, it should have been shipped out latest the 13th of March and arrived within your chosen shipping method of 10-20 business days. This means we're still within the correct time period and not really late. Still, due to what have happened, as a valued customer, apart from expediting your order, we tried to offer you 15% OFF coupon. I am really sorry that we were not able provide you the best customer service experience that we can. But I hope I was able to clear everything. Let us know if there's any other way we can help you. Thank you!
