I understand that the tracking details was sent to you on the 5th. But, I was pertaining to the time that the item was handed over to the courier. Please check the tracking history under the USPS website to see the progress of the item in-transit. We would like to confirm if you received it or if you need further help! Also, you may check your email as the tracking number has been sent a few days before the delivery. Our standard production period comes with 10 business days crafting period and another 8-12 business days shipping period. For the quality issues as you have mentioned, we really apologize for it.
