I got a little irritated with the fact that I made an appointment to be seen with my jewelry and coins and the gentleman who helped me didn't even look at everything I had. He hurried me along like he had more important things to do. But there was nobody else in the store at the time and I noticed at least three other employees working at the time. So that was rude. It made me feel like I was beneath him. My gold jewelry was not worth his time.

Fast, efficient & more than fair. Received more than expected for gold coins and left happy with a check in hand.
