You cancelled 2 orders, I did not want to be cancelled. Why would you do this ??when will I see the money refunded to me,and you actually called me Babe!

My package was delivered to the wrong address, I reached out to customer service via email and social media. No one ever responded. A neighbor eventually returned the package, so I finally received it. But the headbands and hair clip are so cheap and flimsy.

I ordered several items and paid 21$ for shipping. the package was 2 weeks late and then UPS wants to charge me another 37$ in duty fees. The shipping and duty fees ended up costing more than the hair accessories. So bad

Very cheap material for how much they cost. You can get better in Ulta for $6 or Amazon. Not worth the price…

Very poor quality product. A total waste of money. It hurts the brand.
