Happy customer I bought a Belkin screen protector for my mobile phone. I broke it 2 times and they replaced it immediately. (they just asked me for the receipt and a photo of the broken screen protector). The 3rd time that I broke it, they gave me full refund so I bought a newer version of the screen protector. UPDATE: I received the replacement the next day.

Reggie was very helpful in replacing my screen protector over online chat. Sometimes these things can be very drawn out, but he was very efficient and got it sorted quickly. Thanks Reggie!

I ordered a phone charger online from Belkin, as a guest through PayPal, having first checked all my personal details were correct on PayPal. When I received the confirmation email, whilst the billing address was correct, the shipping address had changed to an old address. I immediately tried to contact to correct this, I tried unsuccessfully over 3 days, countless calls to several people, hours/days wasted! They are all polite but completely useless. This is a most unprofessional company who are geared towards data collection rather than to provide a good service. I am £14.99 out of pocket and with no goods. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Belkin products are reasonable but purchase from someone else because if there’s a problem Belkin won’t sort it. Good luck!

I've been buying Belkin equipment for more than 20 years now. However, their customer support has degenerated to the point where they let their customers down so badly by not standing by either their product or the law pertaining to that product (including twice cutting off a polite discussion with them), that I see no point in dealing any further with them. Dreadful attitude demonstrated throughout.

Belkin have pulled a move which means cameras they sold to people will never work again. If you bought it in the last year you can get your money back. Earlier purchasers have to fight for minimal compensation by filling in a form and then jumping through hoops for virtually nothing (if you priced the time you would probably be down). Quite how they can legally do this in the UK where a product has to be fit for purpose I don't know. They effectively sold me a piece of plastic. What is worse is that the cameras used to work independent of the Belkin service. Belkin first deliberately changed this to make them only work with Belkin servers to try to make more money. When they decided they were still not making enough money they decided to shut the Belkin servers down leaving their customers with nothing for their money. Belkin profits v Customers = Belkin comes first. A very short term move done during lock-down! The least they could have done was re-open them to third parties again - they would only have to turn back the software. How they can get away with this crime?

Great products but I have spent £200 on cameras for my house and now they are discontinued so they are just useless bits of plastic!!! I have tried calling, emailing and even we chatted and I get brushed off to somebody else that never gets back to me! Will never ever but Belkin again due to this way they can sell a product(s) make millions of pounds and then go let’s stop that screw the customer!!!!!!!! I want a refund but as they are 2-3 years old I don’t have a receipt but it’s tough luck from Belkin horrendous

Will never buy from this Company again. Have bought equipment (surveillance cameras) for $500.00 and this will at Mai 29. be useless. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Belkin just announced they are going to brick my 4 cameras. All purchased about 3-4 years ago, so nothing offered in return for their complete shafting. Never trust this company. I they had been honest up front (even mentioned the possibility of them choosing to do this one day) I would have had the opportunity to chose a different product and save my money.
