If you want a lifetime guarantee “like you’re supposed to get” then don’t buy a belkin screen cover as they won’t get back to you!! Absolutely ridiculous complained multiple times they do not care, time to move on and stop giving them my money. What a joke. I will ruin this company somehow

AVOID I purchased a ‘lifetime guarantee’ screen protector via apple . Had I known it was this difficult to get a replacement I wouldn’t have bothered !!!! . Most draining and difficult process . Months later and still no screen protector replacement . What a complete joke .

Brought a screen protector and placed it on only for there to be a chipped/peeled corner and lots of tiny air bubbles remaining, the dust particles were visible even before peeling the backing off. Called “support” to get a replacement and received the worst customer service by a guy on call to me. Rude and spoke as if he didn’t want to be on call so i already knew it was going to be a bad experience regardless if i get a new protector. He said he’ll email me to pass on my info which i didn’t get until a week later. I’ve only just received my new protector weeks later and can you guess what?! more dust particles and it’s even worst this time, it’s very visible and ugly to look at. There’s also tiny black dots on the protector which bother me and this was all on there before removing the backing. Personally i wouldn’t recommend, you can find better ones out there for half the price. Not even because the product is bad but the customer service is even worse. They need to do better in that area before figuring their things out with their rubbish protector :)

Terrible terrible support for a product purchased via Apple. Wasted a lot of my time trying to replace a faulty charger stand. Support was slow, unprofessional and didn’t solve my problem. This company has no credibility buy another brand.

Very disappointed bought a new iPhone 12 cost a lot of money so I thought I would get the best screen protector as suggested by Apple paid a lot of money for it. Had it for 4 months dropped my phone not even on a hard surface and the corner chipped. Tried to contact the company, using chat and had no response at all. I feel I have been had over and will never buy Belkin again and won’t recommend them either. The least they can do is listen to your complaint.

BOOST↑CHARGE™ Wireless Charging Stand + Speaker. Please avoid this company. I bought this product 2 weeks ago. So far I have no shipment. customers service is a failure. They sent me a non-working tracking number. I asked by chad, then by email to check it. Then they sent me the number that showed me that the product had been delivered to a completely different place on 5 /11/ 2020 . Still waiting for my charging stand .BIG BIG MESS

Bought EarPods. Expensive, substandard an absolute waste of money. They tell you item is in stock then once you’ve bought it they give you a 6 week delivery window. When arrived I booked a return for a refund followed the Instructions and returned item. Refusing to give refund, instead they just keep telling me they haven’t received it. Although tracking shows they did and signed for it. SCAMMERS! Atrocious Customer Service!!
