The most abysmal customer service - I cant get Belkin to talk toe me. And I cannot believe Apple sell their products and then refuse to replace a broken screen protector themselves. Belkin are impossible to deal with. Absolute SCAMMERS.

I recently decided to upgrade from the prior Belkin Wemo smart plug (App Based version) to the Wemo Smart Plug with Thread - and regret the decision every day. From the product itself to the customer service, I find myself thoroughly disappointed. First and foremost, the functionality of the Wemo smart plug is far from reliable. Despite claims of seamless integration with Apple HomeKit. I encounter constant connectivity issues. The plug will frequently disconnect from my network, rendering it useless for extended periods - until either power cycled or reset. The inconsistency in its performance is frustrating, to say the least. And WHY not make it compatible with Alexa? The run around from Tech Support is mind boggling - suggesting we need a different Apple HomePod to solve for bugs with the firmware. I am far from technology illiterate - yet customer service treated me like a kindergartner. It’s your product - not me - I wish I read other reviews prior to purchasing. The mobile app, which worked with prior Wemo versions- is not longer compatible. The whole purpose of a smart plug is to make life easier, but in this case, Belkins decision to limit compatibility to HomeKit only added unnecessary complexity. Who in Senior Leadership at Belkin ever signed off in this idea? Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience is the customer service provided by Belkin. This is also a leadership and Governance issue within the company. When I reached out for assistance with the connectivity issues and app glitches, the responses were inadequate and not technically sound. It felt like they were more interested in brushing off my concerns rather than providing genuine support. It's disheartening when a company fails to stand behind its products and offer satisfactory solutions. They will not, 100% NOT stand behind their 2 year warranty. Anyone interested in a Class Action Lawsuit? In summary, my experience with the Belkin Wemo smart plug and their customer service was far from satisfactory. The unreliable performance, coupled with a now non-existent mobile app, makes the product frustrating to use. Additionally, the lackluster customer service added insult to injury. I would not recommend the Belkin Wemo smart plug based on my disappointing encounter. STAY AWAY... save your money and time, there are plenty of other products on the market and companies much smaller that will stand behind their products.

Achat d’un chargeur belkin 3en1 sur la boutique Apple, gros problème de chargeur 6mois après (appareil garantie constructeur) a chaque appel j’ai le droit à cette même phrase nous n’avons pas eu de réponse du service technique nous les relançons vous aurez une réponse d’ici 72h. Pour joindre le service technique il faut me faire par le tchat (je suis à un message par jour depuis 1mois) je pense que le service technique est désert.. Service minable Des incapables

Bought a Belkin screen protector for £35 via the Apple Store which Apple fitted, with unlimited replacements. I needed my first replacement and went through the process, have heard nothing back from them since they requested receipt proof which I sent them. It has now been around 3 months and I keep chasing them but their support is next to useless. Very surprised Apple would be associated with this company. It's as absolute SCAM. Avoid this company and their products. 100% useless.

It is a great idea having a screen protector for “life” knowing that you have paid 30 pounds there is a bit BUT… 1. Not everyone know how to put a screen perfectly so you always have those small bubbles here and there. 2. When you need a screen you need it the right next day.. I ordered one but it took so long to come I went on vacation and back and it came the same day I arrived from vacation.. it does and it doesn’t work guys.

Purchased a £35 screen protector for an iPhone from Apple, with the proviso that it came with a lifetime warranty. The screen protector started to peel after 3 weeks and so I filed a warranty claim on the 15 March and as of the 28th June, I have just been advised that it will not ship until 14th July! 4 months without a screen protector on a phone that I will likely only have for 12 months!!! No apology from Belkin customer service just an explanation that stated globally they have many calls for replacements so delays of this magnitude are normal. Although, they will sell me a replacement on their website and deliver it the next day!

Bought a Belkin screen protector for £35 via Apple, with unlimited replacements. I needed my first replacement almost a year later. I requested it on 6 June. As of 24 June, still nothing received. I could buy a pack of 3 from Amazon for £7 with next day delivery. Instead, I have an unprotected phone. Belkin customer support are useless. It's as close to a SCAM as one could get. Avoid this company and their products. Terrible.
