Belkin InternationalReviews of belkin.com

Why do you name the screen protector products, ‘ultra glass 2 glass protector’ misleading into thinking there’s 2 protectors in the box when it’s only 1 that does the same as the cheap ones off Amazon that you get in pairs. Be more clear in your descriptions.

I bought belkin noise cancelling in ear buds at Heathrow airport. Recommended for good price point and good battery. I can't get more than 23 minutes power out of them despite reset , one ear etc etc. I failed to keep receipt and Belkin just don't want to know. Yes the sound is excellent but they are useless powering down so rapidly .

They are supposed to provide lifetime warranty for screen protectors but when i needed a replacement they didn’t provide.

On the product pages and on the boxes they print in big letters they give lifetime warranty on their products, like power bars. After 6 years my product failed, so I contacted support. Support was very quick to let me know their "lifetime warranty" is not linked to the life of the buyer, but even better, to what THEY believe is a normal lifetime for that product. So Belkin decides for you that a lifetime means 5 years. So no replacement for me as I purchased it 6 years ago and the "lifetime warranty" was only 5 years. Companies acting in this kind of false marketing should go bankrupt. I now officially HATE Belkin and I will never ever ever buy one of their products again. I advise you to do the same.

I've been sent the wrong item and customer service appears non existent. Links on their website and emails take you to broken URLs and their webchat doesn't work. Will try again tomorrow but appears that Belkin intentionally make themselves hard to contact.

Bought a smart speaker which continually dropped out of our wi fi network. After a prolonged dialogue with customer services they eventually agreed to a refund on 31 July. They said a refund would be with me within 5-7 days. It is now early September and no refund, no reply to emails and I have resigned myself to having lost my money. Truly awful experience.
